Cancellation, returns and exchanges
The products proposed in the Pinto blind are manufactured on order, in these conditions an order engaged and paid cannot be cancelled.
Any exchange or refund is possible if the order presents a damaged or defective product.
Any claim regarding the modification of a current order, a refund or a cancellation requires a written request to our customer service: sales@pinto.design.
If you wish to return a product because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs. Any defective product will be replaced within the same production timeframe as the first order.
It is important to contact our customer service department in case of errors or damages found upon receipt of your order. The product must be returned as received. It is your legal responsibility to keep the product as it was received while in your possession. Otherwise, a repair fee may be applied.
